Superb opportunity to join this US private equity fund. The firm is a significant investor in mid market deals, and takes controlling stakes in investee companies. Typical investments tend to be in the £50m-£200 million range and the strategy of the fund also allows it to invest in distressed assets and underperforming businesses in need of restructure or turnaround.
The role will work with the Partners on the origination and execution of investment mandates for the firm, with a specific focus on the UK but also with potential for mainland Europe.
We are interested in receiving applications from professionals who will have a background as follows:
- private equity professionals with major private equity funds
- with excellent UK deal experience
- probably with 5 years+ work in private equity and investment banking
This could be the perfect opportunity to move from one of the major private equity firms where there is little sign of promotion, or participation in a carried interest scheme.
